Sabc Livhu, a popular South African comic, was fired by his sponsors after allegedly assaulting his wife.

Captain Sabc Livhu, a well-known Limpopo media personality, and comedian has been accused of domestic assault by his wife, Livhuwani Madadzhe. According to his wife, her selfless husband has been physically abusing her on a regular basis.

On Thursday, comedian SABC Livhu's concerts were canceled left, right, and center after a string of serious complaints were leveled against him. Both his partner and her child accused the performer of "gender-based violence" (GBV) against them.

Gender-based violence is currently one of South Africa's most pressing issues. As a result, with such a well-known figure facing such serious charges, the example set for his fans and followers is horrible.

SABC Livhu – real name Livhuwani Madadzhe – has been accused of abusing his partner, as well as sexual assault. Her child has also been accused of abuse, with the youngest victim stating that she was forced into a dog kennel by a famous figure.

WHO IS SABC LIVHU AND WHAT DOES HE DO?

Captain Sabc Livhu is well-known in the Venda community for assisting underprivileged families, building houses, providing food, and general activism, but most notably for saving a woman named Jane who was a victim of substance abuse, according to his well-documented Facebook page.

As a result of the incident, Captain SABC Livhu Online, the comedian's flagship show, lost a set of advertisers on Thursday. Phanda Studios, which has been loud in its opposition to GBV, has declared that its contract with the show will be terminated. Madadzhe, who was previously accused of lying about his mother's death, now faces the following charges:

“The allegations of Gender-Based Violence leveled against Lvhuwani Madadzhe have rocked Phanda Studios to its core. As the owner and broadcaster of such a major multimedia platform, we expect SABC Livhu to be a champion against GBV rather than an alleged culprit. We shall no longer support or sponsor Captain SABC Livhu Online.” NRand and other companies have also pulled back from the comedian and also informed him to remove their brand from his marketing platforms.
